The complimentary eucalyptus steam room was our absolute favorite. As always, we felt pampered in every way, from the delicious restaurant (and robes!) to the friendliness of all staff (front desk, restaurant and especially in the spa).

The vibe. Bathtub with sliding doors so you could watch tv while in the tub. Gorgeous bay view with huge window seat for reading or watching the boats. Spa has some CBD bath salts which were amazing. Hotel also provides bubble bath. Great room service too

The view from our room was beautiful. There is a comfortable window seat which is great for enjoying the view of the bay while sipping a coffee or glass of wine.

I love the location, the view is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and even the partial view rooms are great. The Chrysalis used to be a boutique hotel and was eventually sold to Hilton properties. The quality is somewhat less nice as a result e.g. they now charge $5 for room service and clearly they are maximizing profits wherever they can. The food at Keenans restaurant (part of the establishment) is overpriced, we paid $22 for two tiny desserts. With that said, we still love to stay there more than any other hotel, it feels comfortable and luxurious. The staff is wonderful.
